We changed our arrival date less than 48 hours before we arrived, and FL Tours was able to fit us in, then called and picked us up earlier than expected (from an airport hotel, we flew in late the night before). Renata was very friendly, helped with our luggage, told us a little of what to expect with the coming hurricane, played Toy Story for our boys during the ride, the van was completely clean, the carseat provided for my 3-yo was in excellent condition, clean, no tears or stains. She was an excellent driver, no sudden lane changes or anything like that. When we arrived at our resort, she helped us with our luggage, gave our receipt and confirmed our pickup details and didn't mind when I asked to change the time because we wanted to do some shopping at the airport. Ricardo picked us up for the return trip, he was also very nice, helped with luggage, played Toy Story for my boys, he was an excellent driver also, helped us unload at the airport and made sure we were set before he left.
