If you need to make a change to your reservation, you can send us a note by logging in to our client services area. You can also call us you need to make changes.
Payments:
 Upon arriving at your destination, all payments can be made by cash or travelers check to your driver. The driver will then issue cash receipt and reconfirm your next pick up date and time prior to departing.
If you prefer to pay with a credit card, please call our office 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations:
We do not require any credit card information to hold your reservation;
therefore we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 72
hours prior to your arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation
and had reserved online, please write us at reservations@fltours.com and tell us your name and date of arrival. |
