When you reserve your transportation request online, you get a final discounted rate, immediate confirmation number, and access to your reservation 24 hours a day in our client services area. Once you submit a reservation there is no reason to call and reconfirm if you recieve a confirmation email. If you do not recieve a confirmation email, please call us.

Discounted rates do not apply to call in reservations. We will not accept reservations over the phone if the transfer you are requesting is available for booking online. Please check our rate sheet or online calculator before calling our office for a price quote.

Booking within 48 Hours? If you are arriving within 48 hours, please call us directly at 407-857-9606 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to make a change to your reservation, you can send us a direct note by logging in to our client services area. You can also call us at 407-857-9606 if you need to make changes.

Upon arriving at your destination, all payments can be made by cash or travelers check to your driver. The driver will then issue cash receipt and reconfirm your next pick up date and time prior to departing. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, please call our office 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

Due to several no-call/no-shows, all out-of-town transfers to Port Canaveral must be prepaid by credit card by calling our office 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

We do not require any credit card information to hold your reservation; therefore we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation and had reserved online, please write us at and tell us your name and date of arrival.
