from different parts of the country and arriving on the same
day, but at different times. We wish to ride together to Disney.
How can we arrange this with FL TOURS?

and you do not mind waiting for your other family. All you

instruct your other family members who are arriving early
to meet up with you and your driver at the baggage claim

- We’re not being picked up from the
airport. How can we make reservation for this? Would
the price be different?
It is not all uncommon for families to spend one night
at near airport area hotel before going to either Disney
Resorts or to one of the Cruise Lines at Port Canaveral.
The rate would the same. When making your reservation online;
all you need to do is fill out the reservation form completely
and tell us in the special request box, where and what
time you want us to pick you up. And we’ll be there
for you. (Please note, although
the pre-written confirmation you would receive via email
may state that your driver will meet and greet you at the
baggage claim area, please be assured that we’ll
be at the location you specified.
- Our return pick up resort is different from drop
off resort. How can we indicate this when we make our reservation
online?
From the reservation page in the box
where it says resort you would write:
Drop off resort/return resort ( Hard Rock Resort/Board
Walk ) and write us a little note in the special request
box, using the above example; although your being dropped
at HRR that you return resort is to be from BW) and we’ll
schedule it for you.
PLEASE REMEMBER, YOUR RATE WOULD BE BASED
ON THE FARTHEST RESORT.
We now have added an additional transfer
form to give you the ability to schedule your between
resorts. Using the above example, if you want us transfer
you From the Hard Rock Resort
to Disney’s
Boardwalk Resort, just fill out the additional transfer form
which can be accessed from the Client Services Area .
- About the Meet and Greet
A Meet & Greet is a service that we provide at no
extra cost to our clients, but this service requires a
great deal of laboring and expense on our part. At times,
it can result in unnecessary expenses for us if our clients are
unfamiliar with this type of service. By sharing with
you the workings of a meet and greet, we believe you will
help us reduce these unnecessary expenses at the airport.
Your driver begins by monitoring your flight
immediately after you leave your hometown in order to
meet you at the baggage claim area when you arrive.
Once your flight is at the gate, for your convenience, your driver will bring
and park the requested vehicle into what we call the commercial vehicle lane
lot, located down stairs from where you claim your bags. The minimum charge we pay just
for passing through this area is just under $5.00. It is important of your driver to quickly meet up with the party and
leave in the shortest possible time to minimize the charges. Anything that prolongs
this process will increase our expenses.
Upon landing, if you think you think you will need some additional
time in the terminal before coming down to baggage claim
area, (such as having a bite to eat or anything else),
please let us know in advance. This way, we will have your
driver wait for you at the staging area on a stand by basis.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
