February 02, 2010 - What can I say EXCELLENT SERVICE from the time we reach baggage claim and saw our driver waiting on us and also when we got off the cruise ship and saw our driver waiting on us. He had already called several times to inform me that we had been caught by the drawbridge and would be at the port in x's amount of minutes. Love your service and will be using your again.
